Description

  • Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoice processing and data entry.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Accounting Assistant with a focus on tax preparation and compliance
  • Proficient in tax filing, reconciliations, and maintaining financial records
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Familiar with federal and state tax regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
