Description

Prepare and monitor customer statements, bills and invoices Client accreditation;
Monitor and ensure high and acceptable collection rate through constant communication with client’s accounting team regarding the progress of the billing;
Maintain the clients pool and update regularly;
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual receivable statements and collection rates for monitoring and assessment;
Work with collections personnel to verify status of delinquent accounts and solicit payments on overdue accounts;
Provide backup support to other departments in the accounting and finance group, type periodic reports and perform other general administrative duties;
Coordination with Accounts and Business Development Department, and Project Execution Department; and
Other duties may be given from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, or Business-related courses
At Least 2-3 years of related work experience
Proficient in MS office specifically in MS Excel
Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software. - Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
Attention to detail.
Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
Preferably with supervisory experience
Can be assistant level on previous work but has the potential of an officer
