We are looking for an experienced Finance Accounting Manager to oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in BPO accounting, advanced Excel skills, and experience with SAP or Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting: AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting.
• Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions for reporting, modeling, and data analysis.
• Maintain databases, ledgers, and spreadsheets for accurate financial tracking.
• Ensure efficient use of accounting systems (SAP or Oracle).
• Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus).
• At least 3 years of experience in BPO accounting and end-to-end accounting functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle.
• Strong skills in financial data management and analysis.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood.
