- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate reporting.
- Manage budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
- Supervise a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of financial software.
