• Knowledgeable in ERP Accounting Systems (such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Nav)
• Responsible for the business process analysis and engineering; implementation of the Accounting System being used—including setup, configuration and customization; training; and overall client management
• Access customer implementation needs, craft innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains, and implement these plans to the customer's satisfaction.
• Handles multiple engagements, interacting with senior level client personnel both in the implementation as well as project execution.
• Recommend system enhancements that will have a positive impact on functionality and performance of the system
• Documents business processes, business mapping, business requirements and meeting notes
