Description

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks and data entry.
  • Reconcile bank statements and perform account reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Help in processing invoices and payments.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding billing inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in quality audit practices, attention to detail, strong analytical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, potential for overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, effective communicator, team player with a proactive attitude.
