Description
- Handles the following functions related to accounting and monitoring of Trade Accounts Receivables (TAR)
- Assistance to Sales in the reconciliation, analysis and adjustment of TAR and related transactions of customers’ accounts
- TAR monitoring of military accounts and all related requests; RMC fund monitoring; update and monitoring of Delivery Advice
- Posting of SOA adjustments, posting of payment, transfer of mispostings
- ADA monitoring, coordination and all related requests
- Posting of month-end accruals
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Booking, monitoring and reporting of withholding tax; OVAT reporting
- Uploading from Fleet CCMS to SAP and reconciliation
- Illegitimate Interest reversal; Write-on/write-off; Billing document cancellation
- UAC monitoring, refund and all related request
- Cash bond monitoring and refund
- Performs other relevant duties that may be assigned
Requirements
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Must have a Certified Public Accountant license
