Description

  • Handles the following functions related to accounting and monitoring of Trade Accounts Receivables (TAR)
  • Assistance to Sales in the reconciliation, analysis and adjustment of TAR and related transactions of customers’ accounts                                                                                                                     
  • TAR monitoring of military accounts and all related requests; RMC fund monitoring; update and monitoring of Delivery Advice
  • Posting of SOA adjustments, posting of payment, transfer of mispostings        
  • ADA monitoring, coordination and all related requests         
  • Posting of month-end accruals                    
  • Intercompany reconciliation           
  • Booking, monitoring and reporting of withholding tax; OVAT reporting
  • Uploading from Fleet CCMS to SAP and reconciliation          
  • Illegitimate Interest reversal; Write-on/write-off; Billing document cancellation        
  • UAC monitoring, refund and all related request                       
  • Cash bond monitoring and refund
  • Performs other relevant duties that may be assigned

Requirements

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
  • Must have a Certified Public Accountant license
