Description

  • Manage validated orders by ensuring accurate entry and processing.
  • Ensure the accuracy of orders before they are confirmed for processing and shipment.
  • Maintain and manage customer records, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
  • Transfer orders to the appropriate courier for delivery in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the delivery process to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Investigate reasons for failed deliveries, resolve issues, and manage follow-up procedures.
  • At least College Level
  • At least 40 WPM Typing Speed
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Computer Literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
