Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax returns, VAT, and other regulatory requirements.
Assist with internal and external audits, implementing financial controls to prevent discrepancies.
Oversee and manage AP/AR processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Supervise payroll accounting, ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost-saving measures.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
Not less than 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Expertise in bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and internal/external audits.
Ability to prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
Strong accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Experience in supervising junior accountants and managing accounting processes.
Ability to identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Knowledge of tax laws, payroll regulations, and financial compliance standards.
Preferably a resident or near in Binangonan, Rizal
