Certified Public AccountantAccounting Software
Description
- Oversee all aspects of accounts payable.
- Ensure the completion of all accounting and administrative documents.
- Manage administration of petty cash.
- Review job cost activity.
- Preparation of financial statements.
- Perform month-end close.
- Manage Accounting Assistants.
- Coordinate with local managers, vendors and bank.
- Communicate regularly with Finance and Administration Manager to report up to date information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Professional Certification (CA or CPA).
- Minimum of 5 years’ related experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with JD Edwards Accounting Software.
- Knowledge of local tax law.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to respect confidential information.
