Description
- Manage daily merchant operations and ensure smooth transactions.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize merchant services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance merchant experience.
- Provide support and training to merchants regarding platform usage.
- Resolve issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 2-4 years in merchant operations or relevant roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage merchant accounts, optimize processes, and ensure compliance.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential remote flexibility; standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
