  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication and excellent client satisfaction.
  • Manage end-to-end client requirements for manpower, including deployment schedules and replacements.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to align candidate profiles with client specifications.
  • Monitor deployed staff performance and address any concerns or incidents on-site.
  • Handle contract renewals, service agreements, and client documentation.
  • Conduct regular client visits and meetings to ensure proactive account management.
  • Coordinate with HR, payroll, and admin teams to ensure timely delivery of services (e.g., onboarding, timekeeping, billing support).
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, deployment updates, and candidate pipelines.
  • Resolve client issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a manpower or staffing agency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; client-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts and manage priorities.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and deployment processes.
  • Ability to resolve client and employee issues with tact and professionalism.
  • Knowledge in labor standards, DOLE requirements, or contracting policies is a strong advantage.
  • Willing to travel or conduct fieldwork if needed.
