Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Client Account Manager to oversee the marketing and content needs of 10-20 assigned brands or clients. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with internal designers, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering effective marketing campaigns and content strategies. You will be the key point of contact between the client and the creative team, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with brand goals, deadlines, and high standards of quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Conduct regular client communications via chat, email, video calls, and 2–3x weekly face-to-face meetings.
  • Understand and assess client needs, goals, and branding to drive satisfaction and success.
  • Present and secure approval on monthly content plans, promotional calendars, and creative assets.

Project & Team Coordination

  • Manage a team of designers to ensure timely delivery of assets and content.
  • Provide clear creative briefs, feedback, and brand guidelines to design team members.
  • Responsible for tracking teams tasks, content progress, and internal coordination.

Content Planning & Oversight

  • Develop monthly content strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to each brand.
  • Write or oversee copywriting and creative direction for social media, print, digital, and video content.
  • Proofread all content and designs to ensure they meet brand standards and are free of technical or factual errors.

Creative Execution & Quality Control

  • Ensure all marketing assets are visually consistent with each client’s brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Manage monthly photoshoots and creative production schedules in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Approve and finalize content for social media posts, Instagram stories, promos, and announcements.

Internal Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (design, content, strategy) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Create and manage brand scorecards, Google Slides presentations, and reporting documents.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., monday.com), Google Workspace, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
