As an Account Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of our client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring that every project exceeds expectations. This is your chance to step into a key leadership role within a fast-paced, high-performing team that values strategic thinking, creativity, and accountability.


Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and advocate within the company.
  • Conduct regular check-in meetings with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
  • Act as the voice of the client within the organization, ensuring their priorities and concerns are communicated effectively to the internal team.
  • Lead and support problem-solving efforts to ensure timely resolution of client escalations or service disruptions.
  • Oversee the seamless onboarding of new clients, including managing the scope of work, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Support professional development by identifying training needs and providing opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients and senior management on account status, performance metrics, and progress against objectives.


Qualifications

  • Ideally a minimum of 3+ years in client services, account management, or a related role within an agency or consultancy environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present ideas effectively.
  • Resourceful and proactive, able to navigate challenges with grace and ingenuity.
  • A knack for building rapport and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
  • Proven ability to handle client escalations and resolve issues in a calm and effective manner.
  • Proficiency in CRMs for service management and reporting.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and highly organized, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
