Summary of the role


  • Responsible for Brand Development and eCommerce Channel Strategy, this includes – Onboarding and Launch Coordination, Content Management, Promotion and Campaign Management, Inventory and Operations Management, Reporting and Performance Review
  • Work closely with the Brand while liaising with Marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee, among others
  • Coordinates daily with internal teams such as Warehouse and Operations, Creatives, Data, and Finance
  • The role is business-focused, requires, basic knowledge and experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, retail, distribution models and Brand management.
  • Reports to Sr Account Executive


Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Launch Coordination
  • Assist Onboarding of accounts/ provide support and resolves issues incurred in onboarding of accounts
  • Provide support in consultation mainly on content creation, product assortment and bundling, product naming convention, pricing and channel strategy
  • Content Management
  • Coordinates with Creatives Team and gathers information & data required for Marketing Assests from the client
  • Coordinates with Creatives Team and gathers information & data required for Shop in Shop and Online Store Merchandising from the client
  • Creates Job Order(JO)
  • Promotion and Campaign Management
  • Coordinates between Brand and Marketplace on promotional and campaign calendar
  • Coordinates with the Brand on implementation of promotional activity calendar and special events in their campaign pages and secures the required assets
  • Coordinates the uploading and implementing deals, discounts and other marketplace/campaign initiatives with Data Team
  • Creates Job Order(JO)
  • Inventory and Operations Management
  • Assists coordination on transfer orders and inbounding of stocks
  • Assists in Planning with Brand on inventory allocation on channels
  • Monitors daily Operations and fulfillment via Seller Center/Dot.com
  • Reporting and Performance Review
  • Assist on building(collating all data provided by Account Executives in Excel/Powerpoint) periodic business review which includes,
  • Overall sales status sales (GMV) including order status, inventory, etc
  • Store performance in terms of traffic, conversion rate, basket size, reviews etc
  • Promotion performance
  • Product Evaluation
  • Assist on building recommendations for the performance improvement and growth initiatives for the covered Brands

Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or other related field
  • Excellent English and Tagalog speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to detail
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office(MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, internet, etc)
  • Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment in cross functional team

Preferred Skills


  • Basic knowledge in Platforms Seller Center is a plus
