Customer Support
The Customer Support Division has been organized to provide the best service for customer satisfaction. Its main thrust is on post- sales service like the warranty support maintenance, site-service and trouble-shooting.
There are two (2) divisions comprising the Customer Support: Customer Service and Technical Service. Under the Customer Service are two groups: Consultancy and System Support, which deals with design assistance and post-service sales of existing clients.
The Technical Service Support is to coordinate and complement the whole Sales force. Engineering & Repair, Integration Projects and Quality Control which is responsible to conduct in-house troubleshooting and repair works, structured cabling assignments and logistics of the entire Customer Support Division, respectively. With this restructuring, there is focus on frontline support services for the benefit of all customers.
In line with Perfect Star PC Shoppe-Franchisee’s thrust, the following services are being offered:
Preventive maintenance of equipment on the basis of annual service contracts which guarantees four (4) hours response time.
Repairs and service of equipment, whether carried by PERFECT STAR PC SHOPPE or others.
Networking and structured cabling.
