History In May 1997, Mr. Romy Tan, the owner of LCC Malls, asked a service employee of Manila Midtown Hotel which agency they are under. The employee answered that they are under Philmico, an agency providing employees to Manila Midtown Hotel exclusively. During that time, Alex P. Brioso was an accountant and administrative officer of Philmico. Later that day, Mr. Tan invited Alex for a meeting wherein he was asked to put up a manpower agency in Bicol for the LCC Malls that are being constructed. Alex, together with his wife, accepted the challenge of putting up a business without a prepared capital as they were promised to be helped with timely collection of funds for salaries and maintenance of the new company. In June 1997, Alex and his wife, Jocelyn, traveled to Legazpi to recruit employees to be deployed in LCC Legazpi that opened in July 1997.
