The company utilizes a Sanitary, GMP Compliant, and Modernized Crabmeat Processing Facility. The wealth of our combined industry experience allows for our supply chain to remain a well-oiled machine. From raw materials, standard process protocols, material usage and inventory, packaging, and transport, JNCL OCEAN VENTURES, INC. ensures that Blue Crabs are immediately processed, pasteurized, canned and put straight into cold storage locking in the freshness that the oceans have to offer.
