iCareerup, Inc. is a joint venture between iCube, Inc., that offers specialized services to Japanese Companies in the Philippines and Avance Corporation, that provides foreign workers in Japan. iCareerup, Inc. offers quality human resource services to its clients based on the knowledge and experiences that have been known of both companies. It can support the human resource operations of clients not only by recruiting good people but also providing HR consultancy services and training. iCareerup prides itself with complying with and maintaining the quality of employees that most Japanese Company Clients demand particularly for highly efficient and productive managers and skilled technical persons. Our company also creates a venue for people looking for a job to match your experience and qualifications and to match it with recruitment requirements of our client companies. We do not perform contractual employment. We give you the employment opportunities that is for DIRECT HIRING. iCareerup, Inc. established its operations in the Philippines on June 2012. We are a licensed Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Private Recruitment Placement Agency (PRPA). This simply means that unlike other agencies, applicants will not have a contract with us for him/her to be dispatched to our client company. We only search applicants for our client and, if our client likes the applicant, applicant’s employment contract will be direct to our client company. This action may also be referred to as a “head-hunter”. The matter in which we pride ourselves of doing is we make sure that we treat all of our applicants the best possible manner. We strive that our applicants feels welcome when they first get in contact with us and they leave satisfied after we help them find a job that may be suitable with their qualifications. On the client side of things, we make sure that our customers feel like we are an extension of their Human Resource and General Affairs Department; we constantly communicate and give feedback on their needs.
