Flipspace Studio is a design and build company based in Sampaloc, Manila City. Prior to this date, the company under the name of Studio Guiuan Architects had been able to undertake several projects ranging from condominium fit outs to low-rise commercial projects in Metro Manila and other cities in the Greater Metro Manila area from 2016 to 2017. The firm transitioned into a design and build company by 2018 under the name, MV Architecture and Construction. The first project of the company was a ground up single-detached house in Angeles City, Pampanga. Residential fit-out projects then started to pour in and soon became a niche of the company, specifically on condominium unit renovation. After being immersed in real estate, working as a Property Investment Manager for RE/MAX Portfolio, a change of name is necessary for the company’s new direction of building for investment. Flipping is the act of turning over. We turn over spaces for habitation and investment purposes.
