EXPLORER FREIGHT CORPORATION was incorporated in 1990 as a single proprietor under the tradename JHK FORWARDERS and CUSTOM BROKERAGE, which was established in 1987. It provides trucking and customs brokerage service that caters to the needs of handful importers in clearing airfreight and sea freight import shipments from the Bureau of Customs. It was a modest start for a simple entrepreneur. The company is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Customs, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, and Civil Aeronautics Board, Philippine Shippers' Bureau of the Department of Trade and Industry, and International Air Transport Association (IATA). It has been accepted as a bonafide member of various associations in the trucking, brokerage, and forwarding industry. Over the years, the company grew from what was a simple trucking and customs brokerage to an expanded freight servicing organization that includes door-to-door services in international and domestic forwarding. It was formally incorporated in 1990 as a 100% Filipino-owned corporation under the name EXPLORER FREIGHT CORPORATION. It has now the backing of efficient facilities and equipment, trained, experienced, and highly motivated personnel that can surely guarantee the consistently highest quality service. EXPLORER FREIGHT CORPORATION recognizes its role as a corporate citizen in Nation Building.
