الوصف

  • Assist with daily prep tasks including chopping, portioning, and basic cooking duties.
  • Prepare and portion ingredients as directed by chefs.
  • Support the production of house-made items, including pizza doughs and fresh pastas, when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef.
  • Previous kitchen experience (minimum 6 months preferred).
  • Familiarity with preparing pizza dough and/or fresh pasta is an asset.
  • Basic understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene, and food handling.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to take direction and multitask under pressure.
